Katrina is amazing. From the tour to the application process she was simply amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and a great communicator. She made my move in process a breeze. I’m a new tenant. So far the property is quiet. I have an updated two bedroom two bath. The apartment was clean when I moved in and a few appliances were moved so I know that someone came to treat for bugs . Unlike other reviews I have seen ZERO BUGS .

Beautiful apartment big nice space I love my apartment it comes with washer and dryer plus microwave, everything is in walking distance and I love my balcony. It’s 5 stars for me

I have had the pleasure of servicing this property for over three years! Communication with the property manager on scheduling is great and timely. Property manager is easy to talk to when problems arise and resolve’s quickly to ensure the unit will have what is needed before potential tenant moves in. I enjoy the welcoming atmosphere each visit!

Apartment is beautiful, recently remodeled. Leasing office is friendly and professional. The welcome gifts were a particularly a nice touch!
