To help with our communitys affordable Downtown Apartments housing needs, in 2007, Woodard Properties purchased Dogwood Properties, a long-time endeavor of Eugene Williams.

The application process was breezy; everyone who answered my calls was helpful and kind. Very pleasant establishment, recommend!
