I highly recommend K and Tampa Therapy for anyone going through a tough time and feeling overwhelmed. This was my first time seeing a therapist and I was very nervous about the process, what to expect and if it would even help and K has helped me tremendously over a short period of time. She is down to earth, a good listener and will give it to you straight when you need it. I would recommend her to anyone needing support to better their mental health and overall life. As a busy working professional, late appointment availability is a must and grateful that TT offers them!
